Vaping & Nicotine Products — Returns & Refunds
Opened E-Liquids & Consumables For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on e-liquids, nic salts, or any other consumable products once they have been opened or used. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty or Damaged Products If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt at abreathoffreshairpeterlee@gmail.com with photos of the fault/damage. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Unopened Products Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Age Verification Cancellations If an order is cancelled due to failed age verification, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
